I’m obsessed with this episode. I met Coach Jennie online in a group we’re both a part of and her words just jumped off the page. How many of us know EXACTLY what Jennie is talking about when she says the term “impatient ambition”? ME!!! As an artist and creative brain, I have known this bubbly burning feeling my whole life but never had a term describe it so perfectly. I have all these ideas and goals and the list keeps growing, but things and blocks keep getting in my way… Does this resonate with you?
Listen to this one to learn all about:
  • How we get in our own way and hold ourselves back from being the badasses we truly are
  • Our inner Hildas (we all have them) and why it’s important to listen to her and not try to silence her
  • The importance of giving yourself credit and celebrating your wins
  • How we can borrow confidence from our different areas of expertise to achieve growth in another area (I didn’t know you could do this!)
  • And so much more
I can’t wait to hear what you think about this one. Leave a comment with your biggest takeaway here or on social.

Who is Coach Jennie?

Hi! I’m Jennie Mustafa-Julock, but you can call me Coach Jennie.

And I believe too many people with impatient ambition are squandering their potential because their inner critic (aka Hilda) is holding their ambitions hostage.

Here’s how all the gurus gaslight you – they tell you to just ignore your inner critic. Instead, I want you to tune into her naysaying, parse out the BS, and do something about it #nomatterwhat.

Only then, can you finally get out of your own way and get on with the business of changing the world.

Unlike most life coaches who take an expensive online coaching course, toss together a logo in Canva, and hang out their shingle, I’ve actually got real professional chops. My fancy-pants Masters degree in Organization Development taught me how to develop new coaching tools and techniques that I’ve co-created, tested, and validated with hundreds of clients over my 15+ years in business.

Oh, and did I tell you I literally wrote the book on this stuff? Hilda: Tackle Your Inner Naysayer, Get Out of Your Own Way, and Unleash Your Badassery is my pride and joy. This not just another vanity project or a glorified pamphlet, but a legit book, the quintessential manual for differentiating Hilda’s nonsense from your truth. I have been the catalyst for my peeps to launch new businesses, publish their first books, negotiate career leaps, adventure the world, and more.
